The room was very clean and comfortable, with a great ensuite bathroom. The breakfast options were fantastic, with a delicious full English and a variety of choices available. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the main attractions and the beach.

The family room was perfect for us and the kids, with separate rooms and TVs for everyone. The location was excellent, with cafes and shops just a short walk away, and the staff treated us like family. Thank you, Mandy and Andy, for looking after us so well.

Breakfast delights could be improved with a mini fridge in the room for storing drinks and snacks.

The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was good and as expected. the location was nice, with plenty of parking available and easy access to the town center and beach within a few minutes' walk. the hosts were welcoming and provided a key for convenient access at all hours.

The room and en suite were small, lacking space for additional items such as chairs. the small sink made it difficult to fill the kettle.
