As foreign tourists, we loved the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the B&B. The owners had excellent local knowledge and recommended great places for us to visit and eat out. The comfortable bed and pillows ensured a good night's sleep. The choice of breakfast on the menu was fantastic. We also enjoyed exploring the stunning old house and the nearby historical village with its traditional rural charm.

The full English breakfast was out of this world, and the value for money was superb. The location in a quaint village surrounded by fields and a nearby river added to the charm. Highly recommended!

Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted with a refreshing pot of tea/coffee and the hosts took a genuine interest in our plans for the visit. We especially enjoyed the large guest lounge, where we could relax and take in the beautiful views. The tasteful furnishings and comfortable bed made for a pleasant stay, and the breakfast served was of excellent quality, presented attractively and with great attention to detail. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The rooms are spacious and well-furnished with lovely oak furniture. The bathrooms are large and include separate walk-in showers and baths. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The breakfast options are plenty and the food is well-cooked. The views from the rooms are picturesque, with a thatched cottage and a church right in front of you.

There is no fan in the room, which can be a bit uncomfortable during exceptionally hot weather.

Although the walls were a bit thin and sound insulation could have been better, we were able to manage by using ear plugs for a good night's sleep. Additionally, having a private bathroom across the landing may not be ideal for some travelers, but we personally didn't find it to be a problem.
