had an amazing stay! exceeded expectations from previous visit in cawston. tea and coffee facilities, biscuits, and a big shower were great. beautiful location with stunning sunsets. loved interacting with the horses, dogs, and cats. hosts were friendly and responsive. highly recommend!

Missing outdoor seating.

We had a fantastic weekend getaway! the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings were just what we needed. the barn had all the facilities we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable furniture. We loved being able to relax outdoors and enjoy the company of the horses nearby. the location was perfect for exploring the nearby beaches and towns, making it convenient for day trips.

While we had a great stay overall, there were a few minor issues. the bathroom fittings could use some updating, as the shower head and hose were not in the best condition.

our stay in cawston was lovely, but our recent stay at threshers barn and shire horse barn truly exceeded our expectations. the cozy atmosphere and large kitchen area gave us a warming feeling as soon as we arrived. the location was perfect, close to amenities and beautiful beach towns. the wood burning stove and parking were great bonuses too.

We loved the rural location of this hotel, as it provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The enclosed garden and nearby walking trails were perfect for our dog to enjoy. The spacious accommodation was tastefully furnished with plenty of seating options both indoors and outdoors. The comfortable double bed in the main bedroom provided a great night's sleep, and the quality bedding added to the overall comfort. The hotel had convenient parking facilities, making it easy for us to come and go as we pleased.

Threshers Barn And Shire Horse Barn was a great value for our money. The room was comfortable and the welcome basket was a lovely touch. The location was perfect for visiting family in the area. The staff treated us well and we appreciated being able to bring our dogs with us.

The breakfast option could have been better with a wider variety of choices.

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming countryside barn. The spacious accommodation was well-fitted and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the fact that we could bring our dog along, and the garden was secure for him to roam freely. The location was perfect, with plenty of lovely dog walks right outside the front door, leading to beautiful heathland and woods. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we enjoyed relaxing outside on the lovely table and chairs. We also enjoyed the peaceful and quiet atmosphere, with occasional visits from friendly cats and dogs, as well as the interesting presence of horses in the nearby area. it was a fabulous experience and we would definitely return for another wind-down week.

The cleanliness of the property left much to be desired. Dirty windows and cobwebs upon arrival gave a poor first impression.

The welcome basket was a lovely touch, and the bathroom was really nice. The location was perfect for visiting family in the area. The natural beauty surrounding the barn was a real advantage, with lovely walks right on the doorstep.

Although dog friendly, there were some areas where dogs weren't allowed and a lot of cleaning up to do before leaving. The premises were a bit tired and shabby, and a car is definitely needed as there are no nearby shops, pubs, or beaches.

I absolutely loved my stay at this barn conversion. The size was just right for my family of four, and it had everything we needed. The board games provided were a bonus, keeping everyone entertained. The location was perfect, with easy access to both Norwich and Cromer.
