What a magical place to visit the Highlands! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. the managers, Iain and Elaine, were fantastic hosts, sharing the history of the house and making us feel right at home. the rooms are beautifully furnished, giving a luxurious country estate feel. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts, with my kippers being a highlight and my husband raving about the black pudding. the location is idyllic, offering stunning views of the hills and a peaceful, tranquil atmosphere. a truly memorable experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The owners were attentive and made me feel welcome. The location was stunning and the hotel had a rich history. The guest lounge was cozy and the breakfasts were delicious. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a great bed. The hotel staff provided excellent service and gave helpful advice on day trips.

tigh na sgiath country house is simply outstanding. hosts elaine and iain go above and beyond, making us feel cared for like family. the rooms are like a dream, clean and comfortable. the breakfasts are a gourmet feast. the picturesque setting is straight out of a fairytale. we can't wait to return!

Fantastic service from the friendly hosts, who provided a warm welcome and were very knowledgeable. the luxurious and well-furnished rooms gave a true country estate feel. the breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from. the location was ideal for exploring the Highlands, with easy access to Loch Ness, the Cairngorms, Balmoral, the Macallan Distillery, and Cawdor Castle.

The lack of an en suite bathroom in some of the rooms was a downside. It would have been more convenient to have this facility in the room.
