Exceptional Hospitality and Stunning Location

My recent stay at Tower Residences By Blue Orchid in London was absolutely delightful, thanks to the exceptional hospitality provided by the staff and the stunning location right near the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. the team went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. minor improvements could be made regarding noise levels in certain rooms and the maintenance of amenities like remote controls and sockets.

Convenient location near river, Tower of London. Clean, well-equipped with cooking facilities. Two bathrooms a plus. Nice view of Shard from city view room. Spacious for London stay.

I was in London for work and stayed for a week. the apartment was spacious with a separate living room and kitchen, perfect for an extended stay. the location was ideal, close to public transport and overlooking Tower Bridge. the hamper on arrival was a thoughtful touch, and the staff's service was outstanding. They even assisted with our luggage all the way to the tube station on checkout.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

We had a fantastic time at Hotel Triplets Entertainment with our big family. the spacious rooms were perfect for our lively bunch, and the staff were incredibly accommodating.

My wife says that the hotel could benefit from having more kid-friendly meal options on the menu.

The nearest airport just happened to be London City Airport, how convenient! the apartment had a toaster. a toaster! I felt like a royal with my satellite TV in the dining area.

Spacious rooms with separate living room and kitchen, close to train stations for easy travel, helpful and polite desk staff.

Felt like royalty, no reason to complain.

Comfortable bed, spacious room, modern amenities, friendly staff, great view - ideal for solo travelers.

Felt completely relaxed, no complaints.

Staying at Tower Residences was fantastic! Our family of four found the apartment perfect. the location, right by the tube station, was convenient. the fully equipped kitchen, with essentials provided, was a lovely touch. the spacious rooms and 2 bathrooms were ideal. the staff's hospitality was exceptional, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Had a fantastic stay next to the tube station! LOVED the separate bedroom and service by the lovely staff at the reception. Would definitely choose it again! Even better than in photos!

The location, just a stone's throw away from iconic Tower Bridge, and being right next to the tube station makes exploring the attractions a breeze. the apartment boasts incredible views of Tower Bridge, the Tower Of London, and the Shard. the spacious and clean rooms come with essentials like bread, butter, jam, and coffee, making it convenient for families.

Despite the stunning views, the rooms tended to get uncomfortably hot, even with the windows open and the provided fans.

I was absolutely blown away by the unbeatable location near major sites at a fraction of the cost, stylish and spotless apartments, efficient key card security, and the INCREDIBLY FRIENDLY and helpful staff. the amenities like the well-stocked kitchen, complimentary milk, free gym access, and easy airport transfers made my stay unforgettable! .
