My stay at Tower Suites was worth every penny. The room was clean and had all the modern amenities I needed. The location was perfect, just a minute away from the tube station. The staff treated me with kindness and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort.

The only improvement I would suggest for breakfast selection is to ensure better communication and coordination with guests' room preferences.

I had a fantastic stay! The hotel staff were very accommodating and tried their best to meet my party's needs. They even let us park our car there even after we checked out, which was a great convenience. The location was perfect, close to several good restaurants and stores, as well as a hospital and a university. Additionally, the hotel was near a bus station, making transportation easy.

The hotel's location is incredible, with easy access to classic London sites such as the Tower of London and close proximity to both train and tube stations. The rooms are well-appointed and comfortable, and the complimentary room service for breakfast is a nice touch. The staff is generally friendly and polite, always greeting guests with a smile.

Lovely couple of days at Tower Suites, easy to find and close to local attractions and public transportation. Hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating, with a late check-out and an upgrade to a room with a view. Definitely recommend and will consider staying again.

This hotel is conveniently located near major attractions and directly on an underground line, making it easy to get around. The restaurant on site serves delicious food and the staff are welcoming. Some rooms have a kitchenette, fridge, and coffee machine, and the spacious rooms are tastefully designed with comfortable amenities. Continental breakfast is included, and additional items, such as fruit and smoothies, are offered upon request.

The perfect central location and amazing view of iconic landmarks made for a memorable New Year experience. Bedsheets and towels were always clean and fresh, ensuring a comfortable stay. the staff was helpful and lovely, providing assistance whenever needed.

The ventilation in the room was incredibly loud, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. the noise from overground trains was also quite bothersome, waking me up early in the morning.

The exclusive amenities were amazing, from the top-notch Spa & Wellness center to the private facilities. the restaurant served a delicious dinner, and the Bar/Lounge area with comfortable seating made it perfect for a relaxing evening. all this luxurious features, the excellent location was very convenient for me.

The Coffee/Tea in the lobby could have been better. the staff promptly resolved the issue with a smile on their faces, quickly bringing me what I asked for without any hesitation.

Our city trip was great! We appreciated the complementary coffee and tea, and the daily fresh towels. the hotel was in the perfect spot - close to everything we needed, and we loved being able to walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Plus, our room was very spacious!

Our stay wasn’t perfect. the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were lumpy.
