The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to major sights and nightlife. The size of the property was impressive, with a spacious front room and plenty of seating.

There were several negative aspects to our stay. the mattresses in the bedrooms were in poor condition, with the ones in rooms 2 and 3 collapsing.

Huge property with plenty of space for everyone. The living room had two sofa beds which was an added bonus. The location was spot on, within walking distance to all the major attractions and nightlife. Plus, the property was beautifully decorated upon arrival, adding a touch of luxury to our stay.

The cleanliness of the property left much to be desired. It was clear that the previous guests had not left it in a tidy state, with bits of rubbish and stains on the furniture.

We recently stayed at an incredible property in Bath and were blown away by the beautiful surroundings and luxury standard. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the major sights and nightlife. The property had comfortable furnishings, large beds, and a well-appointed kitchen. We also loved the outdoor space and the fact that there were two sofa beds in the living room. It was the perfect place for our group of adventure travelers to meet up with friends and enjoy all that Bath has to offer.

The previous guests had left a mess, with bits all over the furniture and grotty carpets. The noise from traffic and seagulls made it difficult to sleep, especially with the windows open.

The property at Townhouse Of Bath was absolutely beautiful and in a great location. It had a luxury standard that we were really impressed with. The front room with the TV and dining table was spacious and perfect for our two families. Despite some small bedrooms, the overall decor was lovely and we were pleased with our stay.

There were a few drawbacks during our visit. The mattresses in the master bedroom, as well as rooms 2 and 3, were in below average condition and collapsed.

We had a fantastic stay at a stunning property in Bath. The villa was absolutely beautiful, with luxurious furnishings and spacious rooms. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the city centre. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

One small improvement that could be made is to offer more breakfast choices, perhaps including a wider variety of options for guests with different dietary preferences.
