The location of the hotel was great, with a beautiful garden setting and a peaceful atmosphere. The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable and provided a restful night's sleep. the staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Leslie and Jane, who made us feel very welcome.

The breakfast options were a little limited and could have been improved. It would have been nice to have some fresh fruit and croissant/pastries available as an alternative to the cooked breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay at Trafford Hall. The gardens were a highlight, allowing us to enjoy fresh fruit straight from the trees and bushes. From delicious apples to juicy raspberries and Loganberries, it was a pleasure to stroll through the grounds and help ourselves. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with their multitasking skills. We were impressed with the fast Wi-Fi, cozy bar, and the delicious and filling breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a good size bathroom and tea and coffee provided. We couldn't ask for more and will definitely be returning!

this stay at chester exceeded my expectations! trafo hall provided a great location, stunning woods view, and lovely gardens. the staff, especially jayne at reception, gave us a warm welcome and solved any issues promptly. the peaceful atmosphere and yummy breakfast made it even better. definitely coming back!
