The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities you need. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, like having spare single beds available at no extra charge and having a large bathroom. And let me tell you, the breakfast is simply fabulous! The variety of choices, the quality of the ingredients, and the service provided make it a wonderful way to start your day.

It was great that I could park directly outside and the option to eat at the hotel was available, although I chose to have takeaways as I was tired. The kitchenette in the apartment was a plus, as I could bring my own breakfast and easily prepare it. my experience at the Tufton Arms was excellent and I highly recommend it.

The hotel is well-located, with a Spar nearby and the Co-op not far away. the breakfast offered a good variety, and I particularly enjoyed the kippers. the staff were professional, friendly, and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

The room was quite small, not suitable for two people. there was some confusion regarding the wowcher deal, as the promised complimentary glass of wine was not offered initially.

Great stay with amazing wine and food! the apartment was spacious, well-done, and clean. the highlight of our trip was the wonderful restaurant at the hotel. the staff catered to our gluten-free needs without any problem, and the food was absolutely delicious. the wine list was impressive, and the owner even gave us a tour of the cellar. We tried another nearby place, but the food and wine at this hotel were far superior. We can't wait to come back and try more!

That the price for our room was a little high compared to what we expected. However, considering the perfect location and the added bonus of free parking, we understand that you pay for convenience.
