I had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was absolutely perfect, right in the centre of everything. I loved being within the walls of the old town and just inside the castle walls. It made exploring the area so convenient. The service here was top-notch, with the staff at the reception desk being very helpful and accommodating. They even gave me great recommendations for tours and assistance with tickets. The room amenities were excellent, with a cozy sitting area, a comfortable bed, and a well-equipped kitchenette. I really enjoyed the free toiletries provided and the fact that there was an ironing facility available. The flat-screen TV and fast wi-fi were also great additions to the room.

I would definitely recommend this place to my friends. The location was incredible, and the service was above average.

We had a great stay at a town house in a walled town. The location was perfect, right opposite a lively pub and just a short walk to the next street for breakfast. The room was lovely, with high-quality fittings and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The service was excellent, with friendly staff who made us feel welcome. We enjoyed a delicious meal at the hotel restaurant, which had a great selection of food. The view from our room was beautiful, overlooking the historic castle.

There was a long wait for a table at the restaurant on both nights, which was a bit frustrating.

With Carnarvon Castle just a stone's throw away, we felt transported to the old world. The recently refurbished hotel had everything we needed, from a comfortable and spacious bed to delicious meals at the nearby restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the communication was excellent. The breakfast in the traditional building added to the overall charm of our stay. It was a truly unique and enjoyable experience.

Despite experiencing some issues with the heating and fire service panel, the staff quickly resolved them and went above and beyond to make it up to us, offering free breakfast for our entire stay and a complimentary dinner. Their exceptional service truly sets them apart.

The breakfasts were delicious and the restaurant staff were more than willing to fulfill our requests. We were especially grateful for their efforts in retrieving our forgotten belongings and promptly arranging to send them to us. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
