We had a fantastic time during our stay at Ullswater Suite. We were celebrating my partner's birthday and the hotel really went above and beyond to make it special. The staff surprised us with a bottle and a beautifully decorated table, complete with a lit birthday cake and a heartfelt rendition of "Happy Birthday." The accommodation was clean, lovely, and filled with homely touches. The pool, spa, and gym facilities were great, and having a balcony with a stunning view was a bonus. The kitchenette came in handy and the friendly, helpful staff made us feel welcome throughout our entire stay. It was the perfect base for exploring the Lakes.

The spacious and light room had sufficient kitchen facilities and a TV area to relax in. The pool and spa facilities were great, and we also enjoyed using the gym. The free parking was convenient and the location was a good base for exploring the Lakes.

The uncomfortable double bed and the lack of breakfast availability. A bigger bed would have made for a more comfortable night's sleep.
