The location of the apartment was great, right in the heart of the village. It was convenient to have a Co-op supermarket just across the road, making it easy to grab any supplies we needed. The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped, with everything we needed for our stay. Having a welcome pack waiting for us was a nice touch and helped us settle in quickly.

There were a few things that detracted from our experience. The bed was incredibly hard, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Finally, a place where I had a whole apartment for myself, no annoying strangers to deal with. The nearby Japanese Garden was a surprisingly pleasant surprise.

Oh, how I loved using cheap cutlery and encountering rough handyman work in the bathroom. Just what I expected for a posh getaway.

The apartment was mind-blowingly well-equipped, with everything we needed to stay for a week. It was super enjoyable with a quiet location close to awesome pubs, bakeries, and the local butchers and a jaw-dropping Co-op supermarket right there. We were greeted with a welcome pack including bread, milk, butter, eggs, tea and coffee. The host was incredibly friendly, quick to reply, and offered to change our apartment when we weren't satisfied. The alternative apartment was excellent, very light and airy, with plenty of space for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds were comfortable. The apartment was exceptionally clean, and the lady responsible for the changeovers was great and provided us with helpful suggestions for things to do. The area was welcoming and the residents were lovely. The host even assisted in returning a piece of jewelry that was left behind.

I had an excellent stay at the apartments. She provided a travel cot for us at no extra cost, which was a great convenience. the apartment itself was clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. the central location was a major plus, with a grocery store and pharmacy nearby, making it convenient for shopping. Parking was generally available, although sometimes required a short walk.

The lack of parking spaces was a bit inconvenient at times. the mattress in the main bedroom was uncomfortable, and could benefit from being replaced.

Despite a minor issue with a musty smell in the bathroom at times, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Union House Apartments, and I would recommend it to others without hesitation. it was a positive experience and a convenient location for exploring the village.
