We had such a fantastic time staying at this B&B! Rod, the owner, was an absolute delight. He went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, even going out to get scones and clotted cream for us! the family room was spacious and accommodated all of our belongings comfortably. the bathroom was spotlessly clean. Rod made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. the location was perfect, just a short 10-minute walk to the beaches of St Ives. We would definitely stay here again if we have the chance to come back!

Loved the convenient location, with stunning beaches and the Tate nearby. The free parking was a bonus. And the best part? My garden view room had free WiFi!

Who needs a view when you can walk 15 mins downhill to enjoy the stunning sea views and cafes? So disappointing.
