I had an amazing stay at 31A Urban Stays! The apartment had a modern and urban design that I absolutely loved. It was clean, welcoming, and had all the necessary amenities. The shower was great and the coffee machine was a nice touch. The location was also convenient, just a short walk from the city center. The hosts were easy to contact and very communicative. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and stylish stay.

I had a one-night stay at 31A Urban Stays and I absolutely loved it! The apartment was aesthetically pleasing, with a modern and quirky decor that really stood out. The attention to detail was remarkable, and everything in the room was of high quality. The comfortable mattress ensured a good night's sleep, and the shower room with its mood lighting was a brilliant touch. I also appreciated the extra amenities provided, which went above and beyond my expectations. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout my stay, making it even more enjoyable. The location was convenient, with easy parking available. I highly recommend this accommodation for a unique and comfortable experience.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of a fridge and microwave, as well as an impractical placement of the bed side tables and a poor quality TV, these did not significantly impact my overall experience. Additionally, the road outside was busy and narrow, making parking slightly challenging.

The interior was mind-blowingly nice with a modern/urban design that left us speechless. It was super clean and welcoming with a coffee machine as a jaw-dropping touch. The shower was amazing and the short walk to the city centre was so convenient. The hosts were incredibly easy to contact, nice and very communicative. The decor in the room was absolutely awesome, with cool lighting and automatic blinds that added a luxury touch. We loved the voice-activated tech that controlled everything perfectly - lights, blinds, music, you name it. The breakfast in the lounge downstairs was incredible, and the parking permit made it easy to park nearby. The staff were all so helpful, especially when we had trouble with the key pad on the door. Even though the room had a minimalist design, it had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. Plus, the location was great with a Tesco Metro and a fabulous coffee/cocktail bar right there. our stay was superb and we can't wait to come back!

Modern shower with mini head for washing hair. Convenient kitchen area opposite Tesco express. Interior felt modern and cool. Super comfy bed. Near epic studios.
