The double shower and large decking were great. Individual heaters were fantastic. The TV on movable bracket was a smart idea. Staff very helpful and friendly. The cabin itself was really nice and had everything you needed. Would recommend to other people.

I had an amazing stay at Valley Grove Bungalows. the bungalow exceeded my expectations - it was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. the location was great, close to beautiful beaches like Saundersfoot and Tenby. the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the clubhouse provided fantastic entertainment. I can't wait to stay here again.

The location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and beaches. The indoor pool was a nice bonus, especially for the kids. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, making the check-in process smooth.

The attitude of one staff member was rude and unprofessional. We encountered issues with missing amenities in our caravan, such as toilet paper, and when we asked for help, the response we received was unhelpful and dismissive.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly polite, happy, and helpful from the moment I arrived. The lovely hanging baskets and flower beds added a charming touch to the property. The meals at the clubhouse were delicious and served promptly with a smile. The quiet location with leafy trees surrounding the bungalows made for a truly relaxing stay. It was also convenient to explore nearby attractions like Tenby and Folly Farm with my children.

The location of the bungalow was excellent, just a short distance from the beach and other attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed for a smooth check-in. The bungalow itself was clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

There were a few issues with cleanliness, such as a slight smell in the bungalow and some pet hairs on the bed linen. Additionally, there were a few maintenance issues like a broken lamp and peeling laminate in the lounge area.

Comfortable bungalow with clean rooms and friendly staff. Kids loved the disco. Just had to pay extra for early check-in and WiFi didn't reach our chalet. Didn't need soap or toilet rolls, I brought my own. Would go back!.

The bungalow we stayed in was spacious and clean, with modern furnishings and a comfortable atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the easy access to the nearby towns of Saundersfoot and Tenby, making it convenient to explore the area.

We did notice a few minor issues during our visit. the bathroom window had something growing inside the double glazing, which was a bit off-putting.

It comfortably accommodated six adults and had all the amenities we needed. the staff were incredibly polite, happy, and helpful from the time we arrived. the bungalow was impressively clean and well-maintained, with comfortable furniture, a double shower, and effective heating. the beautiful hanging baskets and flower beds added a warm welcome. We enjoyed delicious and reasonably priced meals at the club house, served promptly and with a smile. the location was quiet and surrounded by leafy trees, making our stay incredibly relaxing. It was also convenient to visit nearby places such as Tenby and Folly Farm, perfect for our children. I must commend the young Scottish man who handled the evening entertainment at the club house - he was charming and made us smile.
