The room we stayed in was comfortable and clean. the service was excellent, with the room being serviced daily to a high standard. We also appreciated the hot water being plentiful and the whole place being warm.

The shower in our room was small and cramped, which was a bit disappointing. the breakfast options were quite limited, as we would have liked more variety such as fruits, different breads, and cereals.

I loved staying at this hotel! The value for money was excellent and the room was clean, attractive, and had a very comfy bed. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the town center and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The pub grub was quick and tasty, perfect for a quick bite to eat. the bed was comfortable and the rooms were clean, which was a plus. the key location of the hotel was great, with convenient proximity to local attractions and events. Another advantage was the nice communal areas, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

The heating in the rooms was a major issue. Even with the radiators turned down, the rooms were boiling hot and we had to sleep with the windows wide open.

my recent escape in kirkcaldy was truly fantastic. victoria made me feel right at home with their warm staff, spotless rooms, refreshing shower, and delicious breakfast. the location was perfect, just a short walk from downtown. can't wait to return to the kingdom of fife!

Stayed over the weekend and was impressed with the recent refurbishment of the room. the bed was comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean; tea, coffee, and biscuits were a nice touch. the breakfast was fantastic, with a good selection including vegetarian sausages. the staff were very helpful and accommodating.

The hotel is located on a busy main road, which can be noisy during the day although it quiets down at night. There was also noise from an extractor fan outside my room in the morning.

I had a wonderful experience at a charming hotel in Kirkcaldy. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was cozy and clean. One of the highlights was the delicious dinner I had at the hotel's restaurant. The food was exactly what I expected and the service was great. Additionally, the convenient location allowed me to easily catch a bus to the British Open Golf Tournament. I was pleasantly surprised when the hotel prepared a complimentary bag lunch for me to take with me. The downtown shops were also a fun way to spend my time. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
