My stay was marred by continuous train noise disrupting sleep. Even with earplugs, I felt the vibrations throughout the room. The ventilation was inadequate, causing my clothes to remain damp, and I struggled with a locked door that required assistance to open. Overall, it felt overpriced for the subpar experience.

Had a grand stay! The staff were absolute legends, making me feel right at home. The location was mighty close to everything, especially Victoria Station. Only downside was the room being a bit small, but it had all I needed. Would definitely stay again!

wow, where do I begin? the shower was terrible, not to mention that the bed sheets were polyester—how quaint! of course, i almost forgot—no room upgrade, despite being super deserving of one. at least i got a horrid view of the train station! if only they actually cared about their guests, i would’ve given a better review.
