The room had a comfy bed, a nice bathroom with a shower, and beautiful views. As a family who loves relaxing and enjoying scenic sights, this room was just perfect for us.

The sash window in the bedroom wouldn't stay up.

Lack of communication with staff led to issues with getting basic supplies like extra toilet paper and fresh towels. the room amenities fell short - from missing soap in the dispenser to an unreliable window and a clumsy tea and coffee setup.
