This place is a hidden gem! The decor is stunning and the house has everything you could possibly need for a family holiday. The owner, Brian, is super friendly and accommodating, and even left us some essentials like milk, bread. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The attention to detail is incredible, with thoughtful touches like books, superhero figurines, and Lego clocks in the kids' room. I also loved the full-length mirror and the fully stocked kitchen. a dream beach villa experience!

Felt like our own home, no complaints whatsoever.

Bryan was an absolute legend, always available and went above and beyond to help us out. The place itself was stunning, so comfy and stylishly decorated. Plus, we were blown away by the thoughtful welcome goodies. The location was unreal - right in the heart of town but surprisingly peaceful. And the fact that we had parking for our family car was a game-changer. Can't wait to come back and explore all the adventure activities and sports the area has to offer!

I had a fantastic stay at this beach house in Broadstairs. The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk from the beach, high street, and restaurants. It made exploring the area with my small baby super convenient. The host, Bryan, was amazing and incredibly friendly. He was always available to offer help and made our stay even more enjoyable. The fact that there was parking available at the property was such a bonus. It saved us the hassle of moving our luggage from car parks to the house, which was a big relief.

Great location, with parking for 2 cars. Homely and fresh townhouse. Helpful owner provided provisions in the fridge. Short walk to the vibrant Broadstairs vibe and lovely Viking bay. Friendly cafes and support for local suppliers. Exciting food venues. Comfortable rooms with lovely decor. Milk, juice, and snacks provided. Beautifully decorated and well-equipped with 3 loos, walk-in shower, and bath. Bryan, the owner, was friendly and nearby for assistance. Spacious property in the center of town. Responsive and kind host.
