Clean, well-equipped cottage with easy check-in. Lovely picnic bench and quiet countryside setting. Comfy bed, good cooking equipment, and two TVs provided.

Villa Farm was a cozy cottage with all the comforts we needed. Great value for money and the location was easy to get to. The staff treated us well and it was a bonus that we could bring our dog.

It was all superb.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely farm. The location was perfect, being very close to shops and within easy reach of the city center. The room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities provided. We particularly enjoyed the private and peaceful atmosphere of the place. The staff were accommodating and friendly, ensuring a pleasant experience. the nearby walking paths and picturesque pond added to the overall charm of the farm.

We did notice some noise disturbances from neighboring rooms during our stay.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with shops and amenities located close by. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The grounds of the hotel were well maintained, adding to the overall appeal of the property.

The walk to the nearest pub and shops was not easy, which could be inconvenient for guests wanting to explore the local area.

We had a warm welcome and felt safe in the surroundings. the accommodation was well equipped and clean upon arrival. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful additions in the kitchen such as the coffee, tea, sugar, and milk provided. the availability of plenty of free parking was a bonus.

The outside area of our cottage was untidy and the furniture was worn and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, there was a water feature that emitted an unpleasant smell, which hindered our ability to enjoy the lovely weather outside.

The kitchen in my cottage was well-equipped and the bedroom was comfortable. The bright and airy room had double doors that opened up to a lovely outdoor area. I also appreciated the hanging space and dressing table provided. The cottage had all the modern amenities that I expected, and I found the keys easy to collect as they were already in the property. The parking was hassle-free with plenty of space available, and the area was peaceful and quiet. I had a great experience at Villa Farm and would highly recommend it.

We stayed at a beautiful cottage in a convenient location. the check-in process was stress-free and the cottage was extremely clean. the kitchen was fully equipped with lots of utensils, allowing us to cook without needing to buy anything extra. Although basic cooking condiments were not provided, we appreciated the supply of tea, coffee, sugar, and milk. the customer service was excellent - when we had a problem with the light bulbs in the living room, the issue was promptly addressed and resolved to our convenience. the cottage had all the necessary amenities, including comfortable beds and two televisions. we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying at Villa Farm again.

Villa Farm was exactly what we were after - a clean and comfy apartment with all the basics we needed. The location was brilliant, just a short drive to the park & ride to the city centre and a good range of shops nearby. The staff were friendly and the apartment was spacious and well-decorated, making it the perfect getaway.

The breakfast menu could have been improved with the addition of a hairdryer. Even the possibility of renting one from the office would have helped enormously.
