The location of the hotel was ideal and the facilities, including the pool and gym, were well-equipped. the hotel bar served good quality food at reasonable prices. the atmosphere was pleasant and the staff were happy and helpful. In particular, the manager, Charlie, went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction after we had some complaints. She even treated us to some complimentary tasty food.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with spacious layouts and super king beds that were very cozy. the second room we were allocated after the first disappointment was much better and looked more like the advertised rooms. We were happy with the speed at which we were given a new room.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel was soulless and impersonal. There was no reception desk, and we were encouraged to use an app to check in.

The Village Hotel in Bracknell offered great value for money, with a spacious room and comfortable beds. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

They assisted me with arranging facility access and explained the payment process. it was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend Village Hotel.

The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were all well-maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere. We also enjoyed spending time in the beautiful garden area.

The only downside we experienced was a slight wait for breakfast due to the hotel being busy during the half-term holiday. However, this did not overshadow our overall experience.

Helpful reception staff arranged for our party of 12 to use leisure facilities to change for Ascot, making our stay hassle-free. Clean and spacious rooms with friendly and proactive staff. An overall smooth experience for my husband's 60th birthday treat.
