The train station is just a short walk away, making it convenient for getting around. there is a beautiful woodland walk that leads to Dawlish Warren. The property itself is welcoming and well-maintained, with a helpful and friendly host. Some other advantages include being close to local pubs that serve good food, and even having the added bonus of a hot tub to relax in after a long day of sightseeing.

The toilet does not have a door, which may be a concern for some guests. While it didn't bother us much, it could be an issue for most people.

We absolutely loved our stay at this lovely little chalet. Tricia, our host, was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The location was perfect for exploring the Dawlish coastline, as it was just a short 20-minute walk to the train station and ferry. We took advantage of this by hopping on and off the train at different locations along the coast. The chalet itself had everything we needed, and the hot tub was a fantastic bonus after a long day of sightseeing. The view from the chalet, overlooking Exmouth Beach, was simply stunning. There were also two local pubs within a 5-minute walk, both serving delicious food. it was a peaceful and relaxing stay that exceeded our expectations.
