The staff at the hotel speak multiple languages, which came in handy when I needed assistance at the front desk. It was like having a personal translator on hand, making communication smooth and effortless.

Limited bathroom privacy.

The double room at W Edinburgh was fantastic! the room had air conditioning, a safe deposit box, and a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. As a family, we loved the spaciousness and comfort it provided.

The layout of the bathroom/shower area might not be everyone's cup of tea.

The W Edinburgh hotel presented a trendy decor and stunning views, complementing a warm welcome and smooth check-in process. the comfortable room and lovely upgrade for my partner's birthday added a special touch. the open bathroom design was not to our liking. the helpful staff, notably Tammy, salvaged our dining experience. the central location was ideal for exploring nearby landmarks like Scottish National Gallery and Edinburgh Castle.

My recent stay at this hotel was truly exceptional! the staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and valued. From the moment we arrived, they assisted with our bags and even offered a tour of the hotel. the room was spotless and well-maintained, with a cozy bed that provided a restful night's sleep. the location was perfect, being close to all the main attractions in Edinburgh.

While our overall experience was fantastic, there were a couple of minor areas that could be improved. the bathroom was a bit small and lacked a proper dressing area, which made it slightly inconvenient for getting ready.

The hotel's location adjacent to a mall was convenient for shopping and being close to the city center. the staff were friendly and the extra security measures added a sense of safety. the room had modern amenities like a fridge and a safe for convenience.

The room was cramped with limited space, making it uncomfortable for guests.

We were pleasantly surprised by the free room upgrade for our birthday stay. the amazing city views from our room and rooftop lounge made our trip unforgettable. the thoughtful amenities and cozy ambiance added to the experience. I'd recommend this hotel.

Partied at Hotel Triplets with epic cocktails and caught a live DJ set at the entertainment lounge. the vibe was unmatched, and the rooms were dope - comfy beds and cool decor.

Could use a more happening nightlife scene for young party-goers.

I always come back for city break. I love this place with cozy rooms and helpful staff. They once gave me a hot drink in the cold. They have all I need - Wi-Fi, 24/7 reception, bar, restaurant, fitness center. Perfect for me.

The shabu shabu at SAMBASUSHI is an absolute must, try, and the culinary scene around, from Dishoom to Hawksmoor, is top, notch.

Just a tiny hiccup , no breakfast offer, and the lack of privacy in the room setup was a tad off. .
