During my recent stay at the W12 Rooms, I was impressed with the central location of the hotel. It was situated right in front of the train station, making it extremely convenient for me to explore the city. The proximity to the station also meant that I had easy access to various transportation options, allowing me to navigate London effortlessly.

Although there were a couple of minor drawbacks, such as the lack of a cold fridge and the unusual warmth of the bathroom mirror, these issues did not significantly impact my overall experience.

The room and bathroom were clean and pleasant with a great shower and water pressure. The staff were friendly and helpful, even carrying my bags up the stairs. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The hotel is conveniently located near transportation, shopping, and eateries.

Felt right at home, no reason to complain.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in this city. The location was brilliant, being very close to Shepherds Bush tube station, which made it convenient for transportation and shopping at the nearby shopping center. Despite being close to the tube, the room was surprisingly quiet when we closed the windows, allowing for a peaceful sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing a warm welcome on arrival and assisting with our luggage. The room itself was clean and had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed, small fridge, and under-tiles heating in the bathroom.

The room had air conditioning, a fridge, and a great size bathroom. The hotel staff was super friendly and the room felt like a bit of luxury.

We had a comfortable stay at W12 Rooms. The rooms were beautifully decorated and surprisingly spacious. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean and fresh. We especially loved the adjustable room temperature and the great pressure in the shower. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the Westfield shopping center, Shepherd's Bush underground station, and even Notting Hill within walking distance. The staff were polite and helpful, and the wifi worked well in our room. We also appreciated the large windows, which let in plenty of natural light during the day, as well as the blackout curtains for a peaceful night's sleep.

One drawback was that the curtains in our room needed cleaning, as there were splatters on them. Additionally, the stairs were a bit challenging when carrying our luggage, especially since we were on the top floor.

I recently stayed at a hotel that exceeded my expectations. Located on a busy street and right next to the Underground, it was the perfect place for my stay. The service housekeeping was fantastic, as they provided ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, in-room safe. The staff, especially the porter who brought our bags up to our 3rd floor room, was really friendly. The receptionist was also very welcoming and helpful. I was impressed with the amenities provided, including a television, am/fm alarm clock, telephone, flat-screen tv and carpeted floor.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms are well-equipped, with amenities such as a small TV, closet, desk, and a refrigerator. The "do not disturb" system adds an extra level of convenience to the stay.

One downside is that the walls are quite thin, making it possible to hear noise from neighboring rooms.
