The B&B is conveniently located near the Six Bells pub, known for its appearances in the Midsummer Murder series. It's also close to "Art in Action" at Waterperry, perfect for art enthusiasts. The property is set in beautiful grounds with an outside terrace overlooking the garden. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with high ceilings and a balcony offering lovely views. The hosts are welcoming and provide an excellent breakfast cooked to order.

The bathroom could have been bigger, but it was still of a very high standard and finish.

I had a wonderful experience at this B&B in Warborough. Shirley, the host, was incredibly accommodating with late check-in and late check-out. As soon as I arrived, she made me feel at home, showing me around the clean and tidy room and explaining the breakfast setup. The bed was amazing, so soft and comfortable. I also loved the bathroom, with its deep and relaxing bath. The underfloor heating was a nice touch, and the spacious balcony would be perfect for enjoying a glass of wine in the summer. Shirley's hospitality and the locally-produced breakfast made my stay even better. I will definitely be recommending this B&B to my friends and family.

This hotel was the epitome of luxury. From the exclusive amenities to the exceptional service, every need was fulfilled. The room advantages, with its private facilities, made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The sun terrace and outdoor dining area were perfect for enjoying breakfast, which was served in-room to perfection. Location advantages were present as well, with easy access to garden areas and sun loungers.

Despite the overall positive experience, there was one minor issue. The television was a bit small for the room and was difficult to view comfortably from the bed.

The Moroccan room was lovely with a terrace to chill out. Shirley, the host, was welcoming and cooked a fabulous breakfast. The house was modern and well-appointed with high ratings.

The local pub, the Six Bells, is highly recommended for good food and a nice friendly country atmosphere. It is well placed for visiting Oxford and Bicester Village, only 20 minutes away in a characteristic country village.

Had a fantastic New Year's experience at a beautiful guesthouse with stunning surroundings. The luxurious amenities were outstanding, from the tastefully decorated rooms to the beautiful outdoor space that provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation. Breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of options to choose from and quality ingredients that exceeded expectations. The location was also ideal for exploring the nearby attractions and towns.

Some disturbance at night due to minor heater and pipe noises that could wake light sleepers. Nevertheless, it was worth it for the otherwise exceptional experience at this guesthouse.
