We recently stayed at a hotel in Folkestone and were delighted with our experience. the room was incredibly comfortable, featuring a spacious en suite and excellent facilities. We were also impressed with the breakfast, which had a great variety of options to choose from. the staff at the hotel were brilliant, always going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We also appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, with easy access to the Channel Tunnel and the nearby Leas Promenade. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely consider returning to this hotel in the future.

The hotel facilities were excellent, with a really comfortable mattress, a massive private WC, and all decorated with exquisite taste. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, and I was pleased with the range of options available.

I highly recommend this hotel for a great dining experience and a comfortable stay.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to offer directions and assistance. the dining area was very nice and the breakfast was delicious. the smaller size of the hotel gave it a more personal touch, making it feel cozy and inviting.

The room I stayed in was quite small and dark, with a view of a brick wall. the bed was not very comfortable and there were some tatty bits in the bathroom.

We stayed at Wards Hotel for one night before taking the Eurotunnel. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially the woman on breakfast service. Our room was spacious and had a fridge and kettle, which was a nice bonus. The shower had great water pressure, unlike our previous experience at another hotel. The bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed sitting at the picnic tables outside for a post-check-in drink. Plus, the hotel is extremely dog-friendly, allowing our furry friend in the room, bar, and restaurant. Breakfast was also delicious. Highly recommended!

Perfect stopover for our Easter trip. the hotel was conveniently located close to the Eurotunnel terminal and within walking distance of the town. We were impressed with the room which was surprisingly large and well-equipped. the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing us with a lovely continental breakfast as we had an early start. We were especially pleased with the free parking, which was a big plus.

The heating in the room seemed to be stuck on high and made the room a bit too warm for our liking. We also found it a bit noisy as we could hear the telephone ringing all night.
