I had a surprisingly great experience at this hotel! the location was fantastic - close to both the train station and bus stop, as well as parks. It made getting around the city so much easier. Secondly, the service was impeccable. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the rooms were well-maintained with clean bedding and towels that smelled fresh. I also appreciated the en-suite bathrooms, complete with a tiny mirror and a view. Lastly, the breakfast was a highlight. They had a wide variety of options, and the toaster was so easy to use. Plus, it was included in the price! this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money, attention to detail, and basic amenities.

The rooms are comfortable, with spacious beds and clean linen. The staff is welcoming and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast options are delicious, including a variety of pastries, cereals, and fresh fruit.

There seems to be an issue with the furniture in the rooms, with uncomfortable chairs and non-functioning lights.

The full English breakfast was worth the extra £5. The room had tea and coffee making facilities, and the garden outside was a nice touch. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean. The little extras like shower gel and individually sealed drinking containers were a nice touch. The wifi was easy to connect to, with the wireless key readily available. The light fittings, including the bedside light, were lovely. There were also many restaurants nearby of different cuisines.
