I couldn't be happier with my stay at Waterside Lodges. The value for money was excellent and the room itself was modern and comfortable. The location was peaceful and offered lovely views. The staff treated us with great hospitality and were always helpful and approachable.

Hotel breakfast could have offered more variety in pillows as they were a bit too firm for our liking.

Brilliant stay at Waterside lodges. Can't fault the place. So peaceful and relaxing. The staff were brilliant and even gave us their WiFi router when ours wasn't working. Lodges are well designed to ensure a quiet and relaxing stay. The welcome basket was really thoughtful and greatly appreciated. Peaceful and lovely views. Lovely hamper including bread and milk, and even prosecco, very thoughtful. Very clean and great to have the toweling robes for when getting out of the hot tub. Wonderful showers. Hot tub was fab, looking at the sunset from there was amazing. Great to have use of gas BBQ. The games room was another bonus and the lovely animals too, goats donkeys and alpacas! The lodge had everything you need, even electric fans for the hot weather. A visit to Ely is 15 mins in the car and parking there is free. Everything about it, it was perfect! Super clean, facilities fantastic, hamper bonus was an amazing touch! Location is perfect and the views are amazing. Absolutely everything is well thought out at this place and the lodge had everything and more! The lodge was modern and comfortable. Plenty of room. A peaceful environment, ideal for relaxing, especially in the hot tub. The games room was an opportunity to change the pace, ping pong and pool tournaments. It was lovely watching the different birds wandering around and watching the bunnies hopping around. It is definitely a place I would visit again and recommend to friends.

The location was peaceful and tranquil, providing a much-needed break from the hustle and bustle. we had an incredible experience and would highly recommend Waterside Lodges to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.
