had an amazing time in whichford, wayside house b&b went above and beyond. comfy beds, lovely garden view, and everything we needed for a perfect cotswolds getaway. couldn't ask for more!

It would be convenient who want to store their own drinks or snacks. this minor detail did not detract from my overall fantastic experience at the hotel.

The suite of rooms provided a nice change from just having a bedroom. Sitting in the garden in the evenings with a glass of wine was peaceful and enjoyable. Having a fridge in the room was convenient for storing snacks and drinks.

The WiFi was unreliable and kept dropping out. Having to cook our own breakfast in a microwave was unexpected and not ideal.

The kitchen was well-equipped, even with a small fridge and a combi microwave that could cook a full meal. The host, Mary, was thoughtful and made sure we had everything we needed. The welcome pack was generous and kept us well-fed during our 4-day stay. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable, and the bathroom had all the essentials. The property was impeccably clean and maintained. The large enclosed garden was great for the dogs and for guests to relax in. The village of Whichford was peaceful and welcoming, with lovely countryside for walks and a friendly village pub serving excellent food. our experience was perfect and we would definitely return to explore the Cotswolds further.

We stayed at Wayside House for our visit to Cotswolds Distillery. The self-catering accommodation was a pleasant surprise, with a well-equipped kitchen and lovely touches throughout the guesthouse. The owner, Mary, was incredibly helpful and friendly, even driving us to a wedding in Hook Norton. The facilities were excellent, including a delightful garden and a pub across the road with the best chips ever. Perfect for a relaxing stay in the Cotswolds.
