The location was perfect, right in the center of town and between two beautiful beaches. The room was clean and well-presented, with added perks like cutlery, crockery, and a fridge. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The host was welcoming and friendly, making me feel at home throughout my stay. The little extras like sweets and beach towels made my experience even more enjoyable.

Some noise from the road, but that's to be expected when staying in such a central location.

I had a fantastic stay at a lovely guest house in a great location. The rooms were beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable, making for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The delicious breakfast provided a great start to the day. The host, Cilla, was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience. The guest house was conveniently located, just a short distance from the shops and pubs. I couldn't fault my stay and would definitely choose to stay at Wenden Guest House again.

The guest house was in an excellent location, just a short walk from the town centre and beautiful beaches. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed, including complimentary toiletries and a variety of tea and coffee options. The host was friendly and provided helpful recommendations for exploring the nearby attractions. The breakfast was delicious and there were extra touches like plates and cutlery for takeaway meals.

The sink unit in our room was not ideal for shaving, as water tended to splash everywhere.

Breakfast was unexpectedly delicious and served in a timely manner. The central location of the hotel is unbeatable, close to the beach and near many restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed.

The room was disappointingly small and cramped, we felt claustrophobic. We didn't appreciate the lack of cleanliness, as we noticed some leftover debris from previous guests. The thin walls made it difficult to sleep as we heard all the traffic noise from outside. it was not worth the price we paid.

Our stay at this guest house was absolutely phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, Cilla, the host, made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room we stayed in, number 5, was recently refurbished and felt more like a luxurious suite. It was immaculately clean and every detail had been carefully thought out. The guest house's central location made it easy for us to explore the surrounding area, and the proximity to bus and train links was a huge bonus. We even took advantage of the day savers for exploring Cornwall. The modern and forward-looking approach of this establishment, despite Cilla's 40 years of experience, was truly impressive. This is definitely one of the few places we would love to return to. Thank you for a memorable stay!

I had such a great stay at this guest house. It was definitely one of the highlights of my trip. The hostess was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing me with a map, restaurant recommendations, and even calling a taxi for me. The rooms were beautifully designed and everything felt brand new. I also loved the convenience of having my own private bathroom. The location couldn't have been better, just a short walk from the train station and close to all the amenities in town. I highly recommend staying here!

The peace and quiet allowed for a good night of sleep, despite being on a busy road. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of options to choose from. The host was warm and welcoming, genuinely making us feel at home. The wifi in the rooms was a nice touch, and the little extras like cookies and different tea options were much appreciated. The off-street parking nearby was also convenient. excellent value for money.

The only tiny issue was that the shower sometimes made a loud whining sound, which startled me a bit. However, it did not affect my overall enjoyment of the stay, and I would still highly recommend this place.
