The location of the serviced apartments is perfect, just a short walk from West Hampstead tube station and close to the city center. There is also a good pub nearby for a relaxing drink. The apartment itself was very clean and had a small kitchen with all the necessary amenities, including a fridge, stovetop, and coffee machine. The staff provided excellent communication and detailed instructions for check-in.

The bathroom was a bit small for larger guests.

The location was absolutely mind-blowing with excellent public transportation, nearby M&S for groceries, and an array of pubs and restaurants. The check-in and check-out processes were super smooth. The apartment was sparkling clean and had a jaw-dropping outdoor space. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped with an electric kettle, cookware, and kitchen utensils. The value for money was exceptional.

We stayed at West Hampstead Serviced and found it to be a perfect base for exploring the city. the location was extremely convenient, with easy access to Heathrow and the city center via the nearby bus and train stations. Despite being on a busy road, the apartment was surprisingly quiet. the studio itself was well-designed, with all the amenities we needed for our stay. the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the self-check-in process was very convenient. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

The lack of proper air conditioning made the stay quite uncomfortable, especially during hot weather. The small fan provided wasn't enough to cool down the apartment, and the limited window opening didn't allow for much airflow.

As a solo traveler, I felt very safe at West Hampstead Serviced Apartments, which is in a lovely and secure area. It's conveniently located just a few doors up from a friendly pub and within walking distance to lots of shops. The cleanliness and spaciousness of the hotel were impressive, especially considering its size. The kitchen, while simple, was great, and the large fridge was a bonus. The proximity to the underground station made it easy to get around the city quickly.
