The room was clean and comfy with a nice view of the garden. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection. Matt & Isabel were exceptional hosts, making me feel right at home. The only thing to note is the upright chairs in the room may not be ideal for lounging. a fantastic experience!

I always return for my trips. First stay , staff kindly found me a local food delivery. Free Wi, Fi, parking, shuttle. This B&B suits me, has laundry, leisure room, VIP service, and a kids' area. No smoking, no pets , everything I need! .

I had such a great stay at this hotel! the warm welcome from the lovely hosts made me feel right at home. the room was super comfortable, and I loved waking up to views of the beautiful garden. Breakfast was a treat—plenty of options featuring fresh ingredients! Plus, the hotel's location is fantastic; it's not far from Edinburgh Airport and has easy access to lovely spots for outdoor activities. They even have packed lunches for your adventures, which is a nice touch!

If I had to nitpick, I’d say the chairs in the room weren’t the comfiest for lounging around. some extra TV options might have been nice for a cozy night in.

The automatic gates made parking easy. the comfy room overlooked the well-maintained garden. Breakfast was tasty, and I could return to my room anytime. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderfully romantic escape in the heart of Perthshire. the location was ideal, with easy access to nearby towns and stunning countryside for us to explore hand-in-hand. the warm welcome we received from the staff made us feel instantly at home. They went above and beyond to make our stay special, treating us like dear friends rather than customers. - the continental breakfast provided was absolutely outstanding. We were delighted with the variety and quality of the food. It was definitely one of the best breakfasts we've had in Scotland.
