Special mention to the in-room hamper, saved me from having to get dressed for breakfast. Day trips to quaint villages and golf not my thing, but sure, it's an option. Lounge for relaxing, if you're into that kind of thing.

The hotel has a sauna and a gym, which is good for staying in shape while on a business trip. The location was great, close to the airport and with easy access to public transport. Another plus is the free Wi-Fi, which kept me connected with my work even while away.

The worst aspect was the noise level in the hotel, which made it hard to sleep and concentrate on work. Additionally, the breakfast options were limited and the quality of the food was not satisfactory. The prices were also quite high and not worth the poor experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Westcot in Callander. The hosts were fantastic, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The attention to detail in the facilities was impressive, from the well-decorated rooms to the underfloor heating in the bathroom. The cooked breakfast was top-notch, especially the delicious bacon. The location was perfect, with beautiful walks by the river just steps away. We would definitely go back and recommend this hotel for Munro bagging adventures!
