We found the owner, Tony, to be incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with a map of Warwick and giving us information about the town, castle opening hours. The rooms were clean, with new carpets and comfortable beds. The owner even went out of his way to try and switch our double room to a twin room. Great value for money with plenty of pillows and facilities like a microwave and fridge.

During my recent stay at Westham, I had a great time exploring Warwick. The location was perfect, with easy access to both Warwick and Leamington Spa. The friendly manager provided excellent suggestions for places to eat, and I enjoyed walking to nearby restaurants. The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped, with a microwave, fridge, and even plates and cutlery. I appreciated the fresh flowers in the room, which added a nice touch. Westham offered good value for money and made my stay in Warwick enjoyable.

the location was fantastic and the host, Paul, was excellent. He even provided a voucher for entry to the nearby castle, which was a brilliant surprise. the accommodation itself was very good value for money, comfortably fitting four people and beautifully decorated. I was pleasantly surprised to find amenities such as a toaster, microwave, cutlery, and a small fridge.

our second stay in warwick was even better than the first. westham was a delightful surprise. modern, clean, and comfortable. the friendly owner provided helpful information and the location was superb. the room had everything we needed for a relaxing anniversary celebration.

The walk to the town centre may be slightly far for some guests, but it offers a nice opportunity for a 15-minute walk to enjoy the surroundings.

Our room was facing a lively street and the noise of traffic was disturbing at night. It would have been ideal to have double glazed windows or a noise-cancellation system in the rooms.
