I recently had a great stay at this hotel in Braintree. the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The service was fantastic, with attentive staff who were always there to help with any requests. Additionally, the basic amenities provided in the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and I particularly appreciated that they could be updated to a better quality finish. Furthermore, the hotel's location was great, right in the town centre and very easy to reach with ample parking available.

Stayed twice, sister close, staff delightful, great breakfasts, comfy beds. Lovely, cheerful, attentive staff. Manager stayed all night, food good, many dining choices nearby. Close to work, historic building, helpful staff, large room, modern bathroom. Old world charm, excellent breakfast, helpful waitress. No parking problem, one way system in town difficult to access.
