Had a warm welcome from Moira who swiftly upgraded us to a bigger room due to TV issues. Friendly staff provided excellent customer service, offering local advice. Delicious food and accommodating special orders. Homely and clean hotel with spacious, comfortable rooms.

Just stayed in a hotel down hill from a ferry port in N. Ireland. LOVED the evening breeze in the room, better than photos. Would pick this place again for sure! .

They went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and even provided recommendations for local attractions. the breakfast was delicious and the room and bathroom were spacious and clean. the location was also ideal for exploring Northern Ireland. a perfect stay at the O'Neill Arms.

The food in the restaurant was delicious, especially the lamb dish. The location was central and convenient for exploring the beautiful surroundings of this city.

I recently had a great stay at a charming hotel in the countryside. I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money, as the prices were very reasonable. Secondly, I was impressed with the attention to detail in the rooms. The bathrooms were nice and the rooms themselves were spacious and comfortable, with even the windows open to let in fresh air. Lastly, the hotel's location was perfect. It was situated in a lovely area, allowing for picturesque views and a peaceful atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and affordable stay.

Staff quickly resolved a lamp issue by upgrading our room. Delicious lamb meal in restaurant. Breakfast was nice. Room request not met, but meal and prosecco provided as apology. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Adrian and Sandra. We'll definitely return.

Had the most amazing Easter break with my loved ones. The location was perfect, close to the beach and local attractions. The facilities offered were amazing, they had a swimming pool and a gym that really made our stay enjoyable. The staff were super friendly and always available for our needs. The food was delicious, offering a wide variety of dishes for all tastes, and at very reasonable prices.

The room decor could use a little update, but it was still cozy and comfortable. The Wi-Fi signal was a little weak in some areas of the hotel, but we were mostly out enjoying the lovely weather and activities, so it wasn't a big issue. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would definitely come back for another Easter break. Highly recommend it!
