The location of the hotel, just out of the town centre, was perfect for us as it allowed for a lovely walk on arrival and after dinner. Additionally, the hotel was in close proximity to where our event was held, making it very convenient for us.

It offered a peaceful and quiet atmosphere while still being convenient to reach the main attractions. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Additionally, the rooms on the first floor were clean and spacious, with twin beds that were very comfortable. Lastly, the breakfast options were great, especially the scrambled eggs which were a delicious alternative.

All the amenities and services provided by this hotel were satisfactory.

We had a fabulous time at this hotel and would definitely go back. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great information about the nearby attractions. The only minor issue was that the hot water in the shower was a little temperamental.

I stayed at Willowbank for a week, using it as a base to explore Glasgow, just an hour away by train. The staff were friendly and the food was exceptional. We had a fun quiz night and enjoyed a great singer. The location is superb, just a short walk to the town center and plenty of parking available. The bus stop next to the hotel was incredibly convenient with a wide range of services. Breakfast was delicious and the waitress was lovely. The bar had a good selection of draft beers.

We had a great stay at a hotel located within walking distance of town. the cleanliness was exceptional, which was important to us. the breakfast options were a bit limited and some ingredients were of poor quality.

We enjoyed the entertainment provided during our stay, including a fun quiz night and a talented singer. the location of the hotel was also ideal, just a short 5 to 10 minute walk to the town center. there was plenty of parking available. the room and bathroom were both spotlessly clean, and we appreciated the ample storage space for our belongings.
