The hotel was in a prime location, right in the heart of the city center. It was convenient to explore all the attractions and shops. Another great aspect was the friendly and kind staff. They were always available to assist and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. the breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from.

There were some minor maintenance issues in our room. the wallpaper near the towel rail was damaged and there was a lamp shade hanging off a floor-standing lamp.

The location of this guesthouse is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the heart of town and all the historical sites. Despite being close to local attractions, the area is peaceful and offers lovely views. The continental breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying. The guesthouse itself has a beautiful terrace townhouse charm that fits well with the atmosphere of the city.

Lovely character townhouse with charming décor and stunning views. Comfortable bed and wonderful amenities. Breakfast included. We had a small issue with the toilet not flushing properly, but the staff was aware and took care of it promptly. The room was a bit warm, but the beautiful skylight windows added a nice touch. I highly recommend Windsor Town House for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a lovely townhouse in a great location. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Ali who went above and beyond to help with my luggage. The continental breakfast was satisfactory with a good variety of options. Despite a few minor issues with the room, such as condensation on the window and slow-to-heat shower, overall it was comfortable and met my needs. The appearance of the guesthouse was charming and it served as a great base for exploring the area. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The complimentary drink upon arrival and the friendly staff were the best aspects of our city break. the hotel's location was also convenient for exploring the city's main attractions and we loved the fact that we could walk everywhere. Another advantage we enjoyed was the cozy and warm atmosphere of the hotel lobby.
