the continental breakfast was very limited with just basic options available. the room we stayed in was cramped and didn't feel well-maintained.

i had a lovely stay at windsor town house. the breakfast was tasty with plenty of options. our room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect, close to many shops and attractions. i really appreciated the friendly staff who were accommodating. plus, the spa with naturally warm, mineral-rich waters was a unique highlight!

A warm welcome with a twist

We arrived to a friendly greeting and an unexpected upgrade! The room was cozy, complete with a fridge and the most amazing four-poster bed. Breakfast options were enticing, especially the custom orders.

The staff greeted us with warmth, offering coffee upon arrival. The room was cozy, featuring a mini fridge and gorgeous decor. Breakfast was a highlight with quality sausages and personalized service.

The stairs were quite narrow, which made dragging luggage a bit challenging. Some street noise could be heard, so light sleepers might want earplugs for a better night's sleep.

Staying in the spacious Georgiana room with a private garden was a dream. The homemade refreshments at tea time were a lovely surprise, enhancing our cozy experience amid the charming atmosphere.

The beautiful garden room provided a lovely retreat with its access to a private garden, comfortable beds, and an immaculate bathroom. The daily complimentary tea and coffee service was a nice touch, and room service was prompt and friendly. A highlight was the homemade ice cream at breakfast, which made the start of the day even better. However, breakfast portion sizes were modest, which may leave some guests wanting more. The location, just a five-minute walk from the Abbey, was incredibly convenient.

Our room was spacious and had a lovely view of green spaces. The continental breakfast had everything you could want and the staff were incredibly friendly like we were at a family gathering.

It wasn't cheap considering the price we paid but overall still a good value for what we got.

Basement room needs refurbishment, but breakfast and location were excellent!

the room was spacious and clean with a great view of the river. the hot water took a long time to warm up and the shower pressure was low.

The room was charming, but let’s be honest—the stairs felt like a twisted leg day workout. Also, a bit of street noise—earplugs might be your new best friend!

Exceptionally welcoming staff made our stay wonderful. The beautiful decor, comfortable room with four-poster bed, and delicious breakfast exceeded our expectations!

This place suits me perfectly, providing everything I need like free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and air conditioning. On my first stay, the staff kindly helped with dining directions. I’ll definitely be back for Easter!
