The hotel enjoys a fantastic location close to the tube and numerous restaurants, making it easy to explore. The room was clean and the bathroom featured heated flooring, enhancing comfort.

after dreaming of a luxurious experience, i was met with the grim reality of a broken air conditioning system truly pumping hot air into our cramped room. it was apparently too much to expect a change in rooms, despite the manager's false promises. Also, the check-in process felt rushed. how rude! heaven forbid you want a little pampering.

Choosing to stay here was an excellent decision! The hotel's position just 100m from Earl's Court tube station made travel effortless. My spacious Deluxe Double Room featured modern amenities and underfloor heating in the bathroom. The scrumptious breakfast paired perfectly with the friendly staff ensuring a remarkable experience.

location is pretty awesome, super close to earls court tube. Loads of food options around. staff were friendly and i really liked the clean vibe in my room. comfy bed was a highlight after long days exploring. kitchen area was useful for making my own snacks too! affordable rates compared to other places nearby.

I loved that the rooms were spotless and had all the little amenities you’d need. Plus, after a long day, relaxing in the cozy common area and enjoying some fresh pastries from the nearby bakery was a real treat. The only minor hiccup was that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience! 😊

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, just a short 13-minute stroll from Stamford Bridge Stadium. Our family room was modern and clean, and the shower was particularly nice after our long days exploring London's attractions with our two sons.

In my wife’s opinion, more soundproofing would be great.

and really, after all that hassle, one would expect a complimentary drink or something in return, right? but no—the staff just shrugged, making me feel absolutely invisible. i almost wrote a glowing review, but honestly, the discomfort was unbearable.
