I recently had a delightful stay at a hotel situated in a convenient location. It was just a short tram ride away from the bustling town centre, making it easy to explore. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, complete with a lovely view of the beach. The friendly staff provided excellent service and the breakfast options were delicious. there were tram stops just across the road, allowing for easy transportation along the promenade.

The parking can be a bit challenging when the hotel is busy.

The room on the second floor had a beautiful sea view and was spotlessly clean. The breakfast service was exceptional, with a delicious full English available at no extra cost. The manager, John, was delightful and a credit to the hospitality industry. The location was perfect, right on the promenade and within easy reach of all the attractions Blackpool has to offer.

Nothing, it is perfect.

Great breakfast, plenty of variety, and beautifully cooked. Room was nice and clean, with comfortable beds. Good location, with easy access to public transportation and other local attractions.

Our New Year's stay was ruined by constant noise from other guests. Walls were thin, and we could hear everything going on in adjacent rooms.

As youngsters, we loved the modern and super comfy room with a lovely sea view. The breakfast choices were wide-ranging and delicious, and the bar was well-stocked. The location was great, with a tram stop just outside and easy access to Blackpool/Fleetwood.

We felt very much at home, no reason to complain.

our recent stay in blackpool was incredible, but staying at this B&B took it to another level. the room was beautiful and the view of the sea was breathtaking. the owners were friendly and the breakfast was beyond delicious. we will definitely be coming back to this hidden gem by the promenade.
