The afternoon tea experience at the hotel was excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our celebration special. The table was beautifully decorated for our occasion and the cakes and sandwiches were delicious. We were also impressed with the sunny patio where we could continue our get-together. The hotel's attention to detail and customer service were definitely key aspects that stood out.

This lack of organization was frustrating and there was no apology until we escalated the issue. some staff members lacked good customer service skills and the availability of food was limited, causing inconvenience for those with time constraints.

The breakfast provided a good selection, and the bacon and sausages were obviously local and delicious. The promise of free WiFi was not fulfilled, as I was unable to join the network in my room.

During my Easter Break, I stayed at a charming hotel located only 3 miles from the airport, which was very convenient. The rooms were cozy, clean, and well heated. I also enjoyed having access to free parking on site. the well-stocked bar was a great option for a nightcap.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing, as it was not up to my expectations. the staff seemed uninformed about the hotel's branding and offered an incorrect interpretation.
