During our stay at the picturesque retreat, Woodend Cottage, we were blown away by the stunning location. Tucked away in the rural countryside down a long track, the cottage was surrounded by beautiful gardens. Inside, it was lovely and comfortable, with plenty of space and all the necessary amenities. One evening, we even had the pleasure of spotting a herd of deer. The quiet and peaceful setting allowed us to fully unwind and enjoy the tranquility of nature. Additionally, being able to bring our dogs along made this stay even better, as there were plenty of areas nearby to walk them on leads.

We had a great stay at this beautiful cottage. The property was large and comfortable, perfect for our group. The owners were very responsive and helpful, providing everything we needed. The gardens were beautiful and we enjoyed relaxing outside. The cottage had lovely features, including a cozy fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen. We also appreciated the availability of a travel cot and highchair, as well as the children's toys provided. it was a wonderful retreat for us.

The value for money was excellent, and the room in the cottage was cozy and spacious. The location was peaceful and surrounded by beautiful fields, and the staff was very accommodating and responsive to our needs.

The breakfast selection could be improved with a wider variety of options.

The property was located in a quiet and secluded area, surrounded by beautiful fields and lots of birds. It was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely large kitchen/diner and cozy bedrooms. We also appreciated the availability of a travel cot and highchair, as well as children's toys in the garage. The cottage had a beautiful garden where we enjoyed having meals in the sun. there were good amenities provided such as a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a fire place with logs provided.

There were a few inconveniences during our stay. The WiFi connection was patchy and we had to rely on our own internet at times.
