The location was perfect for picking up my dog from my granddaughter's nearby house. The room was clean and well-equipped, with lovely furnishings and a nice shower. Self check-in was smooth, and the owner provided good communication for luggage storage. The nearby parking was convenient and reasonably priced. The renovated property had a nice terrace, although I couldn't enjoy it due to the weather.

The room was smaller than expected, with misleading size descriptions for both the bed and the bathroom. The TV had signal issues and limited channel options, plus difficulty accessing streaming services.

The location is fantastic, within a short stroll to various cafes. the room was clean, equipped with a refrigerator with complimentary water. a coffee machine, kettle, and portable AC were available for use.

Lack of soundproofing between rooms may result in noise disturbances.

Stayed at a lovely and central property with a short walk to the town center. the place was clean, cosy, and comfortable. the facilities were excellent and the staff was easily contactable. the TV remote issue was quickly resolved. Free road parking was available nearby. a great place to stay with a good location and amenities.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in Windermere for a weekend getaway. The location was great, within walking distance of the train station and close to pubs and a supermarket. The hotel itself was very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The host was fantastic, leaving us a thoughtful gift for our special occasion and even offering us a lift to the wedding venue. The facilities were excellent, and the host was always easily contactable. I would definitely return to this place if I visit Windermere again.

We had a wonderful stay at Bonny Brae House. the location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the train station and a short walk to our granddaughter's house. the bedroom was spotless and had everything we needed, including a fridge to keep our drinks cold during the hot weather. the central location made it easy for us to explore the area and the self check-in process was smooth. We especially loved the spacious balcony in our Ambleside room, perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather. a fantastic experience.

Had an excellent xmas break at this hotel. the room was very clean and well-equipped with Starbucks coffee pods, hot chocolate, tea, and water in the fridge. the location was great, with easy access to cafes for breakfast. the owner was kind enough to let us check in early, avoiding the rain.

There were a couple of downsides. the shower booth was a bit tight.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was superb, being very close to the town centre. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a spacious balcony in the room that provided a great spot to relax and enjoy the lovely weather. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, everything was spotless. Additionally, the self check-in process was convenient and hassle-free.
