We had a fantastic stay at this B&B in Dornoch. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options to choose from. The house itself is a stunning Victorian building, set in its own spacious grounds. The location is perfect, just a short walk into the center of town, but still peaceful and quiet. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. We also loved the convenient parking on site and the good Wi-Fi reception in our room. a wonderful choice for adventure travelers like us!

We stayed at a lovely B&B in a peaceful location with a convenient shortcut to the village. the room was comfortable and had a spacious ensuite bathroom with a strong, hot shower. We appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities in the room, as well as the TV. the breakfast was delicious, with a good selection of cereals and a satisfying full English breakfast. we had a pleasant stay at Woodlands .

Stayed here on our trip up and around the NC500. What a beautiful homely B&B! We were made so welcome by our hosts who gave us lots of info about the surrounding area. Lovely decor throughout enhancing the Victorian period when the house was built. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Great price and tasty breakfast! Perfect start to our day. Beautiful beach nearby and Loch Fleet was just amazing. It was wonderful to watch the seals swimming. Would love to come here again!

The location of the B&B is very quiet, with a short walk through the woods to the nearby village. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with large ensuite bathrooms and powerful, hot showers. The breakfast offered is tasty and there are tea and coffee making facilities in the room. the beach in the area is absolutely gorgeous and worth a visit.

Stayed here for Christmas with my family. Loved the warm welcome from the hosts, who gave us great tips on local Christmas events. the house was beautifully decorated for Christmas and created a truly magical atmosphere. the large and spotless rooms had very comfortable beds that guaranteed us a great night's sleep. We enjoyed the tasty breakfast that set us up for the day and appreciated the lovely views of the nearby park from the comfort of our room.

we were surprised by the noisy road nearby, which disturbed our sleep. it was a nice experience, but some improvements would be appreciated.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

We stayed at a fantastic bed and breakfast during our NC500 trip. the owners were incredibly friendly and informative about attractions nearby. the breakfast was absolutely incredible with a great variety of extras. We had the entire top floor to ourselves, ensuring privacy as no other rooms were let out unless in a group. the location was excellent, with a short cut path to the town center and yet blissfully quiet. the house itself, a magnificent Victorian building that was once the local council offices, was set in its own grounds. the owners were lovely and the breakfast was wonderful.

our second stay in dornoch was perfect - woodlands b&b exceeded our expectations. comfortable rooms, friendly owner, and a delicious breakfast made our honeymoon even more special. the location, with access to a beautiful woodland, was a bonus.
