I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. The location was excellent, with many great restaurants and stores within walking distance. The room was clean and well-lit, providing a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location to major highways and old town made getting around the area easy.

There are also several restaurants nearby, ensuring that you can enjoy a delicious meal after a day of exploring. the stunning lake nearby offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The rooms and bathrooms are spotless, with high-quality fixtures and fittings. The friendly and attentive service provided by the staff enhances the overall experience. The breakfast options are varied and cater to all tastes, with locally sourced ingredients. the homemade cake left in the room each day is a delightful treat. The attention to detail is impressive, with facilities such as an umbrella available in case of rain. this bed and breakfast provides a memorable and enjoyable stay.

One small drawback is the limited availability of homemade jam for purchase.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The hosts were fantastic - they couldn't have done more for me. The room, especially the massive bed, was comfortable and spotless. I loved the homemade fresh bakes that were provided each day. The hotel is also in an excellent location with easy access to tourist attractions like Loch Ness and Urquhart Castle.

Inverness, the Capital of the Highlands, is only a 30-minute drive away with great points of interest, restaurants, bars. Woodlands has a lovely garden view, free WiFi, and parking. Hand sanitiser is conveniently placed. The lounge overlooks the woodlands.

Couldn't eat in my room, but who needs that when you can dine in a separate chalet in your PJs? Silly me!

The room was tidy and the bed was comfortable, which allowed me to sleep well during my city break. Additionally, the hosts were friendly and welcoming, which made me feel at ease. The location was also convenient for my activities and allowed me to explore the local area easily. Furthermore, the breakfast options provided were varied and tasty, which was a plus.

The bathroom facilities were outdated and did not meet my expectations. Moreover, the room lacked proper ventilation, which made it feel stuffy and uncomfortable at times. Additionally, the cleanliness standards were not up to par, and I had to request for cleaning during my stay. while my stay had its positive aspects, there were also some disappointing aspects that could be improved.

Our stay at Woodlands Bed & Breakfast was exceptional. Isabelle and Robert went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect visit. They even created a special vegan and vegetarian breakfast menu just for us. The room was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches throughout. Isabelle's vegan delicacies were a delightful surprise. The hosts were incredibly knowledgeable about the area and provided great recommendations for walks and local attractions. We felt like we were leaving friends when it was time to go and even received homemade flapjacks as a parting gift. This place truly has everything you need and more. Outstanding!
