The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a well-equipped kitchen, spacious living area, and comfortable beds. Parking was convenient, and the hotel's location in this lovely area near the town centre and a nearby beach was superb. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable.

Entertainment at the hotel was also enjoyable.

Located in a lovely area right next to the park, Seaton Estate offers a peaceful retreat with its close proximity to a nearby beach. The modern and clean caravan provided comfortable beds with soft towels, ensuring a relaxing stay. The friendly staff were always ready to assist, making the service top-notch. The spacious kitchen came equipped with a large fridge, freezer, and a five-ring gas hob with gas oven, perfect for preparing meals. the beautiful grounds and the warm hospitality of the permanent residents made our stay even more enjoyable.

It would be helpful to have a shower/bath mat and a hand towel for the ensuite bathroom, as well as scissors and foil in the kitchen for added convenience.

The location of the estate was perfect, as it was situated in a very calm area right next to a park and just a short walk away from a beautiful beach. Additionally, it was close to the town centre, making it easy to explore this city.

The staff at Seaton Estate were very welcoming and helpful, especially a hardworking lady named Helen. The caravan itself was very clean and modern, and the staff made sure to interact with the kids, which was a nice touch. The location was perfect as it was not too far from the Abroath cliffs, allowing for leisurely walks during the day or evening. the size of the caravan was perfect for our needs and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.
