The location of this hotel was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. the free onsite parking was also a welcome bonus. Additionally, the hotel had lovely grounds to relax in and enjoy.

Our room was quite small and cramped. It was a bit disappointing considering the package we had booked, which supposedly offered a room upgrade if available.

For the price we paid, we got great value for our money. The room was well equipped and the hotel's location was perfect. The standout feature was the friendly and accommodating staff, from reception to the breakfast waiting staff.

The breakfast selection could have been better, but overall, it was a great stay.

The staff were fantastic and knowledgeable about the hotel's history, including the wallpaper refurbishment. The receptionist, an attentive lady from Salisbury, and the night owl with the ponytail made our stay memorable. The hotel's idyllic grounds and oak-panelled walls provided a delightful atmosphere for sipping whisky and playing giant chess. The room upgrade to the King's Suite was lovely and the bed was comfortable. The location was also convenient, just 5 minutes away from the M25.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location was beautiful and serene, with stunning grounds to relax in. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were lovely, and we appreciated the little touches like the welcome drink and the pet amenities available. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of options. the level of service and attention to detail was exceptional.

We had a slight issue with the initial room size, but the staff promptly resolved it and upgraded us to a larger room without any extra charge. We would definitely recommend this place to our family and friends.

I had a very enjoyable stay at a hotel in Cobham. The staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the dinner and breakfast were excellent. The breakfast in particular was of high quality, with freshly cooked hot food that surpassed the typical buffet style. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic city break at this hotel! the rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. the staff were friendly and helpful. I particularly enjoyed the surprise birthday card and sweets left in my room. the hotel is located in a lovely area with beautiful gardens. the dinner and breakfast options were delicious, and the wine selection was impressive.

There were a couple of downsides to my stay. the bathroom was quite small, and there was a long wait for breakfast, especially for the haddock and poached eggs, which were overcooked.

Good service at dinner and breakfast, menu had good options. Nice building in a pretty setting with friendly staff. Temperature in room was comfortable. Friendly staff, though some had difficulty with English. Food in restaurant was very good. Lovely and kind lady at the reception.

We especially enjoyed relaxing in the Great Hall area, taking in the tranquil atmosphere. The parking was convenient, located close to the hotel entrance. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
