our stay at the lodge was absolutely wonderful. the accommodation was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. the quiet location provided the perfect getaway, and the facilities in the caravan exceeded our expectations. we would definitely stay here again.

Bed was uncomfortable.

The lodge had everything we needed for our Christmas getaway. The kitchen was well-equipped and the spacious shower room was a pleasant surprise. The communication with the owners was excellent, as they were flexible and accommodating. the location was ideal, with shops and takeaways just a few minutes away in Longtown. The clean and quiet grounds were also a plus, and we enjoyed friendly interactions with other guests. great value for money.

The sleeping arrangements were not the most comfortable. The single bed was too narrow and made it difficult to turn over at night.

We recently stayed at Woodpecker Lodge in Carlisle and had a fantastic time. The caravan itself was immaculate and felt like a cozy home away from home. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed, including cleaning supplies, towels, and even a welcome pack with information about the area. The location was perfect for exploring Carlisle and the surrounding area, and the nearby village was just a short walk away. The grounds of the holiday park were beautifully maintained and everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming. We've already booked our next stay!

Woodpecker Lodge at Camelot Holiday Park was a delightful stay for our family. The property was well-presented, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for our self-catering holiday. The location was quiet and remote, which provided a peaceful atmosphere. We were particularly impressed with the private deck and parking space, making our stay even more convenient. The holiday park itself was well-maintained, although a small play park for kids would have been a nice addition. we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Woodpecker Lodge and would highly recommend it.

While our stay was mostly enjoyable, there were a couple of drawbacks that should be mentioned. The WiFi connection was quite poor, which was problematic for us as we needed it for our child's diabetes monitor.
