Incredible location nestled at the foot of the South Downs. Charming suite with two en suite bedrooms and a spacious kitchen/dining/lounge area. Thoughtful touches like milk, juice, butter, croissants, and fresh fruit provided. Lovely garden area with seating for enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Close proximity to two charming pubs and access to beautiful walking trails on the Downs.

the location was perfect, just 1.5 miles from the racecourse, making it extremely convenient. the room was smart and comfortable, with stunning views of the sun glowing on the Sussex Downs. the bed provided the best sleep I've had in years. Another highlight was the nearby Fox Goes Free pub, which was only a 3-minute walk away. it was a fantastic couple of nights away and I will definitely be returning.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. There is a brilliant pub right near, where we enjoyed delicious food and great atmosphere. the hotel is situated on a footpath that takes you straight onto the Downs, providing breathtaking views. The room itself was cozy and comfortable, with a beautifully converted garden to enjoy. The service was impeccable, and we were impressed with the breakfast options provided.

That the dining seats in the room were sunken and in need of replacement.

The suite at Woodstock was a pleasant surprise. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious and beautifully decorated, exceeding our expectations. The upstairs area was bright and airy, creating a lovely atmosphere. The owners were also very helpful and just a phone call away whenever we needed assistance.

One minor issue was the lack of a table outside the front door, as it would have been nice to have a cozy spot to enjoy a morning coffee. Additionally, the kitchen was basic, but sufficient for a one-night stay.

The check-in process was easy with a key safe in the lobby, making it hassle-free.

I had a fantastic stay at Woodstock Suites! David & Karen were incredible hosts and made me feel right at home. The room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. I loved the peaceful country setting and the opportunity to go for walks right outside the door. The heating system was great for the colder days, and the bed was a good size and very comfortable. It was also convenient to have a village pub just a short walk away.

We got great value for our money at Woodstock Suites. The studio apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the renovation was done to a high standard. The location was peaceful and idyllic, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The morning meal could be improved with fresher coffee and orange juice.
