I stayed at Woodthorpe and the location was great for Heaton Park, just a short 10 minute walk away. The room was spacious, clean, and warm, with comfortable pillows. The main bed was very comfortable, although the sofa bed wasn't. The staff were friendly and there was a side entrance that allowed access when the main entrance was locked. Although breakfast wasn't available, there were many nearby eating establishments. it was suitable for a one night stay.

The rooms are nicely decorated and the staff is very friendly. The restaurant offers tasty meals and the continental breakfast, although a bit limited, consists of cereal, fresh fruit, and pastries. The hotel also provides ample parking for guests.

There is a constant noise of some sort of machinery in the rooms, which can be quite disturbing, particularly during the night.

We had a fantastic stay at the Woodthorpe hotel. the beautiful old building with modern twists made for a charming atmosphere. Our spacious and nicely decorated room had a very comfortable bed. the location was excellent and the price was great. the staff were helpful and the accommodation was clean. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again in the future.

We arrived late at night and had some trouble finding the entrance and keyhole, which was a little unsettling. However, the location of the hotel was familiar to us as we used to live nearby. The reception lady went above and beyond to assist us, making us feel welcomed and comfortable. The room itself was quiet and cozy, giving it a homely feel. The hotel had a quirky charm that we appreciated. The food at the hotel was also excellent, with reasonable prices.

my recent stay in manchester was simply perfect. woodthorpe exceeded my expectations - the spacious and clean rooms were incredibly comfortable, and the pub downstairs was a cozy spot for evening drinks by the log fires. great parking, easy check-in, and regular bus transport to the city made exploring a breeze.
